This MRI Command Center is an interactive dashboard and real-time operational hub that supports radiology directors, managers, and technologists with a unified, systemwide view of all MRI sites and scanners on a single screen. To use the dashboard, start by navigating the data using the six tabs at the top: System Overview provides a quick pulse on exam volume, RVU production, scanner uptime, and turnaround time across every facility; Patient Flow tracks a live queue with priority routing, safety screening status, contrast and anxiety flags, and insurance authorization, ensuring no patient falls through the cracks; Scanner Status monitors each magnet in real time, including helium levels, magnet temperature, coil in use, and maintenance schedules to prevent unexpected downtime; Productivity breaks down RVUs, throughput, cancellation and no-show rates, and radiologist worklist depth so leadership can identify bottlenecks and make real-time adjustments; Quality & Safety displays ACR accreditation metrics, safety incident logs, critical finding communication times, and outcomes data to keep the MRI department audit-ready and patient-safe; and Staffing shows the full shift roster, technologist utilization, and credential expiration tracking along with AI-generated scheduling insights. Use the site filter bar to zoom in on any individual location or view the entire system at once, and rely on the critical alert banner at the top of the screen to surface time-sensitive issues, from quench risk warnings to incomplete safety screenings, in real time. The dashboard automatically refreshes every 15 seconds, providing the department with situational awareness like a true command center, enabling them to guide patient flow, balance scanner loads, maintain quality, and improve performance outcomes in real time.
