Measure Logic
- Top‑box % for each HCAHPS domain is user‑entered from vendor or CMS files.
- Composite is the unweighted mean of entered domain top‑box values (excludes Overall and Recommend, which are shown separately).
- Forecasts use simple exponential smoothing (α set by slider) on 12 months of domain history.
- Scenario effects map adoption coverage to expected domain shifts using conservative literature‑informed heuristics.
