| Metric | Value | Benchmark | Subscore | Weight |
|---|
- wRVUs per day: average daily work RVUs credited to the radiologist.
- Median TAT: median report turnaround time in minutes, from imaging completion to finalized report.
- Critical result acknowledged %: percentage of critical results acknowledged within policy threshold, such as 30 minutes.
- Discrepancy rate %: percentage of cases with major discrepancies out of total reviewed.
How do I use the Widget? Use the Radiologist KPI Card to input today’s data and compare it to a target. Start by typing the doctor’s name, then enter numerical values for the four inputs: wRVUs per day, median report turnaround time in minutes, critical result acknowledgment percentage, and discrepancy percentage. Select a benchmark preset from the dropdown menu. “Industry” loads reference targets, “Facility” loads your internal targets, and “Custom” allows you to enter your own. Adjust weights if a metric is more important for your practice. The card normalizes weights to prevent errors, so you can focus on priorities rather than calculations. You can also set the score band thresholds to align with your governance policies. Use Export to save a snapshot as JSON, Import to reload a previous session, Copy Summary to paste a brief status into an email, and toggle auto-save to let the browser remember your settings on this device. The Methods & Glossary drawer explains the scoring formula and terms in plain language.
The table displays each metric’s value, its benchmark, the calculated subscore on a 0-100 scale, and the weight used in the overall score. Higher wRVUs and higher critical acknowledgment rates increase their subscores because higher is better. Faster reporting and fewer discrepancies increase their subscores because lower is better. The overall KPI Score combines the four subscores using the assigned weights and categorizes the result into Low, Moderate, or High bands, providing a quick overview of performance. If the score is near a band edge, review the subscores to identify what is affecting the result. Long turnaround times often lower the score, even with good productivity. A slight increase in the discrepancy rate can offset gains elsewhere.
